Exponential Network
Exponential Network exists to attract, inspire and equip Kingdom-minded leaders to engage in a movement of high-impact, reproducing churches. We seek to come alongside and help accelerate the results of evangelical leaders and ministries committed to multiplication. Exponential provides oversight of the Exponential Conference, the Exponential Initiative, the Exponential Series, the Exponential Channel, and Exponential Ventures. Exponential Conference
Exponential Conference is the largest gathering of church planting leaders on the planet. With over sixty national church planting speakers, over sixty workshops, and over fifty sponsors, leaders find relevant teaching regardless of their role or season of ministry! This year’s conference theme is “Transformation –It Starts in the Heart of One.” Now is the time for transformed leaders to lead in the transformation of our churches and our cities! Exponential Initiative
The Exponential Initiative is a cross-denominational emphasis on the urgency and importance of starting healthy new churches. The initiative seeks to catalyze hundreds of ministries partnered with thousands of existing churches to see millions of lives transformed through healthy new churches. The initiative seeks to serve networks, denominations, churches and individuals by accelerating the impact of how God is already at work through them. The initiative is a 4 to 6 week emphasis in local churches.
This year’s initiative is 10-10-10. October 10, 2010 is 10-10-10. The 10-10-10 Initiative seeks to help 100s of ministries partner with 1,000s of existing churches to see 1,000,000s of lives transformed through healthy new churches. 10-10-10 represents the exponential power of “10” through multiplication. 10 to the 3rd power is 1000. Imagine 1,000 new churches birthed in October 2010 and thousands of existing churches unified on the call to engage in new church work. Exponential Series
The Exponential Series is a signature book series in partnership between Exponential, Zondervan Publishing and Leadership Network. The books are focused on church planting / new church work and are designed to:
- Tell the story of reproducing churches
- Celebrate the diversity of models and approaches God
is using to reproduce healthy congregations - Highlight the innovative and pioneering practices of healthy reproducing churches
- Equip, inspire and challenge Kingdom-minded leaders with the tools they need in their journey of becoming reproducing church leaders
- Help shape the vocabulary of “what’s next” in the local church
Exponential Media
Exponential seeks to connect leaders with relevant resources. Exponential Media includes a growing number of portals to connect leaders to resources. The Exponential Series of books is one element of Exponential Media. Exponential Media also includes an annual e-Book on “Leadership Learnings from Bloggers”, Exponential Channel (coming soon), Converge (online Project Management tool for planters), church planting search directory, PlanterApps.com (list of free online tools for church leaders), podcasts, and PlanterApp (coming soon). Exponential RV

Exponential Ventures
A growing number of people are wrestling with the success to significance journey (Significance Seekers) and are looking for ways to engage in meaningful Kingdom work. Many of these leaders have the time margin and / or financial resources AND the talent to engage in some aspect of church planting. For the church to be all that Jesus plans for it to be and for us to see a renewal take place, these leaders will need to increasingly engage in new church work.
